   It depends on the workload at the time, but rush orders are possible. We might charge a rush order processing fee depending on your deadline.

 

5. How long will it take to design my website?
   We do not have a definite answer to this. The timeline depends on the complexity of the project. Once you send us your requirements we analyze it and send over a proposal where we mention the timeline of the project completion.

 

6. Will we have a meeting in connection with the design/development/maintenance service?
   Meeting is not necessary for any of our given services. We generally can complete assigned projects with contact via email, Instant Messengers like Skype, Gtalk, Yahoo and MSN, telephone and our project management tool. We place all the projects on our development server before it goes live so that the client gets to know the progress of the project and the result matches the client’s expectation.

 

7. What are your prices?

    PRINCE2, the acronym for PRojects IN Controlled Environment is a process-based method for effective project management. It helps executing projects efficiently and effectively. PRINCE2 was founded by the U.K government and is the preferred methodology for executing projects in the United Kingdom.

 

13. What is NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)? Do you sign an NDA before you begin working on my project?
    Non-Disclosure Agreement also known as confidentiality agreement is the contract signed between at least two parties with terms that the service provider will not disclose important information like confidential material, knowledge, or information provided by the client to any third party. An NDA protects non-public information. NDAs are used to protect entity's (person or company) valuable information from being disclosed to other parties. These documents are used in many different industries, where ever there is valuable business information to protect. By using this agreement you can keep your valuable information safe. In this case, confidential information that is given to a web designer by a company would be protected under this agreement.
    UBA Solutions signs an NDA with every client for security purposes. We can also ask our employees involved in the project to sign an NDA if required.
