After originally attempting to develop our software in-house, we soon ran into difficulties and realised there would be no way to complete the project within the allotted time-frame. At this point we started to look into outsourcing our project, and listed our specifications on several Internet sites and opened the project up for bidding. After receiving approximately 50 bids from all over the world, we selected UBA Solutions based on their competitive price, and our review of their previous work which was of a much higher quality then companies whose bids were 3 times UBA Solutions bid.
Working with UBA Solutions was an absolute pleasure. They were on hand to answer questions around 14 hours a day, and when not online would respond first thing the next morning. They involved us throughout the implementation and adapted their solution to fit our changing needs throughout the project life-cycle. After completion of the project, UBA was available whenever we needed, and worked above and beyond what was required in the contract to provide a solution that we were happy with. We look forward to working with UBA again during the next phase of our project.
